Files submitted for printing must meet the specifications set by kartomania.gr. Files that do not meet these specifications may cause delays or printed results that do not match the customer's expectations.
kartomania.gr makes every effort to ensure that colors and print quality match the customer's specifications. However, because of differences in screens, printers, and materials, small variations may exist between the file shown on screen and the final printed product.
All orders are subject to acceptance by kartomania.gr. The company reserves the right to reject any order for any reason, including, without limitation, product or service unavailability.
All prices are stated in Euro and may include or exclude VAT as indicated. kartomania.gr reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments can be made using the methods listed on the website. For some orders, an advance payment of up to 50% of the total amount may be required.
Orders may be cancelled before production starts. After production has started, cancellations are subject to cancellation charges depending on the production stage.

The customer assumes full responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or other rights infringement connected with the content supplied for printing. kartomania.gr reserves the right to refuse to print content that it believes infringes such rights.
kartomania.gr may use images of completed work for promotional purposes unless the customer has expressly requested otherwise.
kartomania.gr's liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms and conditions is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
kartomania.gr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising from use of our services.

Customers may request samples before large orders. Samples are charged separately, and their cost may be credited to the final order depending on its size.
kartomania.gr keeps customer files for a limited time after order completion. Customers should keep backup copies of their files, as kartomania.gr does not guarantee long-term file storage.
